It's just too much. So I'm saying enough is enough. Clean slate. Carpe diem. My new goal is to blog once a week in addition to my weekly Bachelorette post. Check back later this week for a major announcement. Or don't. But check back. That's a movie reference. You will be my favorite person for a week if you get it.
Okay fine. I can't help myself. I was just looking at some pictures from my trip to Kentucky and the Bachelorette doesn't start for another 40 minutes so here's a brief recap:
I went over Thanksgiving. Flew in Wednesday night and Corissa and I dropped off my luggage at her cute house and then drove straight to the movie theater to see Breaking Dawn. First things first.
Here we are making 15 lbs of potatoes.
The day after Thanksgiving was fantastic. Shopping, decorating, cookies,
Elf and possibly my favorite event of the trip: Lights Under
Louisville. They have these massive underground caverns that have been
used for a plethora of things over the years and now they do a huge
Christmas lights display.
As many of you know, I kinda like Country music. On Saturday, we drove
down to Nashville. We went to the Grand Ole Opry, Ryman Auditorium, Pink
Berry, and Grimey's which is a very famous very awesome record store. I
also got to visit with Tim and Faith and their girls while I was in
town. It's always so great to see them.
After church on Sunday, they showed me the town. We saw where Kris does his learnin' and paid a visit to Churchill Downs in the rain. I intend to go back for the Derby before they move.
Thanks again for your hospitality Kris and Corissa! Also, the reason that there aren't many people pictures is because Corissa is a photographer and so I leave that up to her whenever she's around. Problem is that I don't have them and she blogged about my visit so long ago that she now has a new blog and I don't remember the name of the old one. You see what I mean?! Blogging is stressful.

Remember that one time you were in a job interview and they wanted to go read your blog so you had to make sure you wrote a really good post? I'm glad you're committed to blogging again.
Wahoo for your trip. That was too long ago and I am ready for you to come again. You, Maggie and Derby! Make it happen! Also, I am glad to see you are blogging about the bachelorette again. So excited for this season!
Is the movie Dan in Real Life?
