Sunshine and Summertime

It's been a really long time since I've blogged about anything other than the Bach which leads you all to believe that I do nothing but watch TV which is a gross misrepresentation of my lifestyle. In reality, I'm too busy having fun to blog. I will now provide you with a photographic snack of my Summer.

Watching outdoor movies is one of my favorite things to do in the summer. Sandlot at the State Capital:

Apparently Allred is still around. He lulled the crowd to sleep before the show.
We stopped at Whole Foods on our way for our picnic dinner. Looks nasty but was actually a delicious box of food.
If you ever see this, buy it.
Here we are having fun. Yes, I was very sleepy.
Here everyone else is having fun.

The Fourth of July. My favorite holiday. I never miss the Murray Parade. Here is a sampling of Murray's finest...

Dad pretending to pose so I could capture the wonder of the Murray Mullet. Please excuse the giant U on my father's head.
The Murray Hula Hooper:
The Murray Mustache Mayor:
This is an actual entry in the parade. Save the prairie dogs!
The Murray Red Hatters Club:

Doug's family came for a visit earlier this month. Here we are at the zoo:

Dallin wants to be a Paleontologist or a Marine Beeologist.
Have you ever seen a little boy so happy to be in the mouth of a beast?
Don't blink while you're on the train ride. You might miss it.
And here we are at the Bartschi family reunion. Dad and Aunt Jan discussing the meaning of life:
Mmmm....

This is just the tip of the iceberg of summer fun. Brittney Smith Martin seems to be the only one who cared that there was no Bachelorette post last week. I know, it's getting old to me too. I was in California with no access to the internets. In summary, I loved Constantine's exit. Good for him. I have no idea who she will pick tomorrow. Roommate and I were at the farmer's market yesterday and there was a guy playing the bagpipe. I don't mind the bagpipes on the fourth of July or at graveside services, but it was grating on my nerves at the market. Roommate was annoyed too and made the observation that Ashley's voice sounds remarkable similar to a bagpipe. I would have to agree.

I've always wondered if that mango lemonade juice was good... it's always on sale at my local grocery store here in Ohio. Also, I cared about the missing bach post mostly because I was wondering where you were and not where Ashley was... I might rate this the MOST BORING season of the show to date. Glad you're alive and having fun. :)
