Game Day

This game is painful. It's like a battle to see who can play worse. At least we had some delicious homemade salsa and lemon poppy seed zucchini bread. And we had these Mitt Romney is so Mormon jokes to entertain us for a few minutes.

Mom, Dad, Grandma B and Ashlee are watching the game with me at my new house. I had the Go Cougars blocks up when my parents arrived and my dad attempted to put his Go Utes blocks in front of mine while I was distracted by Julia Child's Mastering the Art of French Cooking. I caught him red handed (get it? red) and told him that he could put them on the lower level because that's where the U of U belongs. Then he whipped out the hats so I answered with my hat and lanyards.

How 'bout those turnovers?

wait a second...were there TURNOVERS in that game? I had no idea. They really should have done a few more play backs to make sure I knew that!

The worst part was that it didn't start until 9:15 out here in eastern standard time. I stayed up until 1 watching that painful game. Oh well. I like your tv decorations. :)
